Contest Winner

The winner of Loop D Loop is Megan of knitbrarian.typepad.com.

There were quite a few right answers and I had David draw a number from the right answers.

The answer: It shows that there is a fire hydrant near by. Usually, parallel to it in one direction. You can just see the yellow hydrant at the right of the photo.
