The kids had the day off school so I took a day of vacation and headed to the Desert Botanical Garden's
Chihuly Glass Exhibit. There are a lot of photos in this post so I will only comment on a few of them. ;)
Kid's & I in front of the beluga sculptures.
We also visited the
butterfly pavilion. We saw tons of butterflies.
Simon was lucky enough to get a butterfly to land on him......
as did Hannah. Her's almost blended in with the flowers on her shirt.
A photo in the pavilion.
Crazy kids....

There was a large Chihuly exhibit here during the Olympics and we have a piece permanently installed in Symphony Hall. How wonderful to see it out in nature as part of a garden. Very creative and fun. Your kids are so darling!
Oh my what beautiful photos. I'm going to Tuscon this summer will I be close to the exhibit? My kids would flip to see the exhibit.
Those are amazing! Even moreso because I mis-read and thought you wrote Chihuly gRass exhibit. Those are some amazing grasses, lol. Looks like a fun day.
