Chihuly Glass Exhibit

The kids had the day off school so I took a day of vacation and headed to the Desert Botanical Garden's Chihuly Glass Exhibit. There are a lot of photos in this post so I will only comment on a few of them. ;)

Kid's & I in front of the beluga sculptures.

We also visited the butterfly pavilion. We saw tons of butterflies.
Simon was lucky enough to get a butterfly to land on him......
as did Hannah. Her's almost blended in with the flowers on her shirt.
A photo in the pavilion.
Crazy kids....

I love these colors!
Mexican hat....
A great day. I am hoping to also catch the exhibit at night when the glass is all lit up!

There was a large Chihuly exhibit here during the Olympics and we have a piece permanently installed in Symphony Hall. How wonderful to see it out in nature as part of a garden. Very creative and fun. Your kids are so darling!
