It is easy and after having done the whole "unraveled" fringe thing on a previous shawl, I thought this would be a bit more mindless after the lace shawl.
I started with some red slubby cotton I had in the stash but figured out I didn't have enough so....after doing a bit of a border I am mixing these two reds by knitting two rows with each color. I am working really hard to use up my stash yarn if possible....so I can buy more.
