TGIF

I made this yesterday while I waited for the kids at gymnastics. It is a small heart dishcloth.

I took about 1/2 an hour or so total. It's about 6 inches from heart tip to the top hump of the heart. I am going to see what other colors I have and make one for Hannah and wrap it up with some chocolates for Valentine's Day for the kids.

My other knitting has primarily been felted bags. I finished 3 and they were just waiting to get felted yesterday. I realized that I really really like the way the Brown Sheep (185 yds) in the hanks at the back of Fiber Factory felts. It is a bit thicker than Cascade 220 and is 15% mohair so it gives a really nice, sturdy felt over the 220. It is about the same price for a few less yards but definitely worth it. The blue & pink bags are 220 and the red one is the bulky.
The blue fuzz is Crystal Palace Fizz, the red fuzz is Crystal Palace Squiggle and the pink is Fun Fur. I ordered matching handles from here. Since they are located in California, it only took 2 days for them to arrive. I had to do something because Joann's quit selling colored handles and I just don't like the felted ones because they stretch so much.

We have Hannah's 7th Birthday Party tomorrow at McDonald's. She loves having them there and I love having to just show up with no set up or clean up!!!
